- Puppy or Kitten exams and initial vaccinations
- Annual Adult exams, vaccinations and heartworm testing
- Examination of animals for illness or injury, including drawing blood to be sent out to a veterinary
laboratory for testing
- Depending on the overall condition of the dog or cat, we will often perform minor wound repairs
in the home
- Health Certificates for travel
- Behavior consultation and advice, with possible referral to the experts, if needed
- Dispensing of many of the more common medications
- Hospice Care for terminally ill patients
- Euthanasia, including cremation with or without ashes returned
We do NOT provide grooming services, except for nail trims and anal sac expression.
Hospital Services
We use the facilities of a veterinary clinic in Glendale Heights for X-rays, surgeries and
hospitalization, although we are neither affiliated with nor employed by this clinic.
Some of the surgical procedures performed include:
- Spaying and neutering
- Major wound repair
- Many abdominal surgeries
- Teeth cleaning and extraction
More complicated surgeries, or those involving the chest cavity, eyeball or bones and joints
are referred to specialists.
