Ordering Information:
- Orders may be placed online or over the phone.
- Most of our products are specially made at the time of your order.
Please allow 10-14 days for processing of orders.
- Shipping is via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We do not ship C.O.D.
Return Policy:
- There are no returns on merchandise unless defective, damaged during
shipping, or the item was sent in error. Please contact us within 5 days of
receipt of order if there is a problem.
- Return of defective product will be authorized at our discression. Contact us if you
have a problem with your order.
In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error.
Payment Information:
- Online orders must be paid via Paypal unless other arrangements have been
arranged prior to order.
- We only charge exact shipping. You will be sent a paypal invoice when your order
is ready to ship and we have calculated exact shipping to add to your order.
